风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法提高护士风险防范意识和能力,实行“人性化”管理,坚持“零缺陷”的管理理念和实行手术全过程监控的风险管理。结果实施风险管理后护理质量达标99%,护理差错发生率降至0.5%,患者满意率>97%。结论风险管理可提高手术室护理管理质量。Objective To investigate the effects of risk management on nursing in operating room. Methods Risk management procedure was used in operating room from Nov 2003 to Nov 2005, including strengthening the risk-resisting ability to the nurse, applying humanization management, insisting the conception of ＂ zero defect＂ management and monitoring the operation during the whole process. Results After the risk management on nursing in operating room, the checkout rate of nursing is 99%, the mistaken rate of nursing is decreased and to 0.5%, and the patient satisfaction rate is above 97%. Conclusion Risk management in operating room could enhance the quality of nursing management dramatically.
