摘 要:通过医学方法,得到股骨头坏死区域和非坏死区域松质骨的脱钙、未脱钙的干湿样品。运用力学实验机,测量这8种类型松质骨在压缩时的力学特性,并提出了各种类型松质骨应力应变的数学模型。通过比较这8种类型松质骨的力学特性,根据复合材料力学的理论,得出坏死区域无机盐减少、胶原纤维增加的推论,并用原子力显微镜(AFM)进行了验证。各种模型的应力应变曲线是不同的,但这些曲线可以归结为3种类型的实验曲线和本构关系式。The mechanical properties of the dry and wet, decalcified and non-decalcified cancellous bones were measured in normal and necrotic districts of avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) using compression tests with mathematic models developed for various stress-strain relationships. An analysis based on the mechanics of hones with various compositions shows that the collagen in necrotic bone is more than in normal bones, but the inorganic salts are less. Normal and necrotic dry bones are also observed using an atomic force microscope (AFM) to prove the conclusion. Different models have different stress-strain curves which can be classified into three kinds of experimental curves or constitutive equations.
