新型农村合作医疗在宁国市的实践与思考

摘　　要：宁国市自2003年6月启动新型农村合作医疗(以下简称新农合),是安徽省第一批新农合试点县。为了解新农合试点的进展,总结经验、寻找规律,为此对宁国市新农合试点进行了现场调查。调查发现宁国市新农合试点取得了一定成效,在身份识别制度、经办机构建设、筹资方式等方面有一定特色。同时本文对宁国市新农合存在的问题和困难也进行了分析,提出了加强医疗机构监管等建议。Ninggno new rural cooperative medical service is the first batch of experimental county since June 2003 .An on-the-spot investigation was carried On in order to understand the progress, sum up experience and search for rule of new rural cooperative medical service in Ningguo city. The survey found that a certain degree of success was achieved,and some features in implementing status recognition system,manage organization construction and the way of raising funds etc. Meanwhile,this paper makes an analysis of the difficulties and shortcomings ,puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening the supervision to medical institutions.
