摘 要:针对目前由于交通量过大引起的大气污染,首先分析了交通量引起大气污染的现状,并在此基础上确定了车辆排放物中的污染控制因子,进行了大气中污染因子容许总量的计算探讨,以及汽车排放的污染控制因子的总量计算探讨,通过建立两者之间的关系建立了基于大气污染控制的容许交通量计算模型,这一过程与传统的先计算交通量再确定污染程度的过程相反,但更能清晰地反映问题。最后用一个实例说明了整个思路和过程。Aiming at atmospheric pollution, the questions of atmospheric pollution are firstly analyzed and polluting elements in exhaust from vehicles are ascertained. The permissible gross of polluting elements in atmosphere as well as producing gross of polluting elements from vehiclesare are also discussed. The model of calculating traffic volume based on atmospheric pollution is established through building the mutual relation of above. The process above is in opposition to traditional method which counts firstly traffic volume and then confirms polluting degree. The thought which this paper puts forward reflects matter more clearly. Last, a case which show the whole thought and process is presented.
