摘　　要：在GATS的框架下,国际服务贸易按照其规定的提供方式进行且规模日益呈扩大趋势。然而,现有国内外文献很少对国际服务贸易提供方式进行专门的研究。本文从国际服务贸易定义入手,分析4种国际服务贸易提供方式的经济学涵义;在此基础上,本文借鉴Dunning理论建立了国际服务贸易提供方式的决定模型,并根据模型对国际服务贸易提供方式的路径衍变进行了初步的实证分析。Under the guidance of GATS, international services in trade proceeds and expands gradually according to the modes made by the rule. However, there are scarce domestic and foreign documents focusing on the modes of services in trade. This paper analyzes the economic meanings of four modes of services in trade by distinguishing the definition of the services in trade. Furthermore, the author sets up a mode-decisive model by referring to Dunning's theory and demonstrates the transfer routine of the modes according to the model.
