华北油田京11断块投球调剖技术应用

摘　　要：华北油田京11断块经过20多年的注水开发,综合含水已经达到85%,进入了中高含水期开发阶段。针对开发过程中如注水井套管变形无法实施分注、化学调剖成本高、有效期短等问题,2004年开展了投球调剖工艺技术的研究,并在华北油田京11断块注水井中进行了9井次的现场应用试验,成功率100%,达到了水井吸水剖面改善、油井降水增油的效果。Having exploited by affusion to Jing11 faulted block in Huabei oil-field during for over 20 years,water cut already reaches 85%,and comes into high water cut period exploited phase.To problems of case distortion to result in no way to conduct separate injection,high cost of chemical adj and short effective period,adjusting profile tech by casting ball is applied and field experiments in 9 wells have been done of which successful ration is 100% and reaches the objective of advancing water absorption profile of water wells and cutting dawn water and increasing oil yield.
