摘 要:利用亚种间强大的杂种优势是大幅度提高杂交稻产量的主要技术途径,两系法有利于亚种间杂种优势利用。通过籼粳米质性状的互补,可以筛选到适合于不同口味类型的优良组合。通过建立两用不育系育性转换的“植株温度监控体系”和配以“以水调温”的保障技术,完善两系法杂交稻安全制种技术。应加强株型和生理育种,探索开拓数字化株型筛选技术;通过某些简单生理指标的快速鉴定,筛选具有强生理功能的组合,使其具有广泛生态适应性,并可部分替代多年多点生态适应性试验,缩短鉴定年限和提高育种效率。Using strong heterosis of intersubspcific hybrids was a main approach to increase rice yield, and two-line method was helpful to utilize such hybrids. By the complementarily of grain quality between indica and iaponica type, rice hybrid combinations with good eating quality in favor of various people habit would be obtained. By the plant temperature forecasting system for the sterile alteration, and through a safeguarding technology by water irrigation to regulate plant temperature, two-line hybrid seed production system would become stable and safe. In rice breeding, plant type methodology should be improved with digital technology, and physiology breeding was considered by a series of physiological indices to estimate the suitability of hybrids to various ecological conditions, for improving the traditional breeding method and saving estimate years.
