摘　　要：研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)家系一级亲属同胞(n=142)和同胞配偶中的无糖尿病家族史的一级亲属同胞(n=138)代谢综合征(MS)的患病状况,结果显示T2DM家系一级亲属同胞MS的患病率显著高于无糖尿病家族史的一级亲属同胞(P<0.01)。The study of the first degree relatives of type 2 diabetic patients（n= 142） and the nondiabetic first degree relalives（n = 138） showed that the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the first degree relatives of type 2 diabetic patients was significantly higher than that of non-diabetic patients （28% vs 10%, P〈0.01）.
