PPH治疗环状混合痔静脉曲张性外痔36例

摘　　要：为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术（PPH）治疗环状混合痔静脉曲张性外痔的临床效果，应用美国强生一次性吻合器（PPH03）对36例环状混合痔静脉曲张性外痔患者进行手术治疗（PPH组），对照组36例，采用外剥内扎术治疗。术后观察其临床变化，并评价临床效果。结果显示，PPH对环状混合痔静脉曲张性外痔外痔萎缩快，手术后疼痛轻微，住院时间短，手术效果明显，安全有效，是环状混合痔静脉曲张性外痔首选的治疗方法。For the objective of exploring clinical effects of PPH on circumferential mixed and variceal external hemorrhoids the 36 patients（treatment group） were subjected to the procedure with disposable stapler （PPH 03）, other 36 patients to the procedure of internal ligation and external dissection（as controlled group） ;then clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results show that compared with controlled group,PPH for circumferential mixed and variceal external hemorrhoids has such advantages as external hemorrhoids quickly atrophied, less pain after operation, shorter hospitalization time, better curative effects,and safe, thus it should be the first choice in the treatment of circumferential mixed and variceal external hemorrhoids.
