应用电脑肛肠治疗仪治疗痔的临床方案研究

摘　　要：为比较不同程度痔电脑肛肠治疗仪与传统手术疗法的疗效，将需手术治疗的痔病患者200例，随机分为4组，每组50例。轻度痔病组和重度痔病组各再分两组，分别采用电脑治疗仪和外剥内扎、结扎注射治疗。观察术后疼痛、排尿、出血及恢复正常工作时间，并随访1年观察疗效。结果显示，轻度痔病电脑综合仪治疗组各项指标优于传统手术组；重度痔病电脑治疗仪组与传统手术组有差别。结果表明，电脑治疗仪对轻度痔的治疗效果好，而传统手术对重度痔的治疗更具优势。For comparing the curative effects by using computed treatment apparatus for anorectal diseases and by using routine operation therapy in the treatment of hemorrhoids, the 200 patients to be operated on were ramdom divided into four groups（50 cases,each group）,i, e mild hemorrhoids group and severe hemorrhoids group re-divided into two groups,were subjected to treatment of computed anorectal curative apparatus and routine operation therapy respectively. Then postoperative pain, urinate, bleeding status and time-interval return to normal working, were observed and followed up for one year. As results, in above- indexes mild group subjected to the apparatus-treatment were all superior to the group to routine therapy, while, there was difference between severe groups subjected to the apparatus-treatment and to routine therapy. It is concluded that for mild hemorrhoids therapeutic effects of computed treatment apparatus is better than routine one;but for severe hemorrhoids routine therapy has more advantages.
