摘　　要：目的提高经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的护理质量,降低其相关并发症。方法护理部拟定量化培训计划,规范PICC操作程序,并对静脉治疗小组的28名成员进行统一培训,培训前后进行理论知识考试,并记录培训前后PICC的穿刺时间、一次置管成功率、并发症、留置时间等指标。结果培训后PICC穿刺时间由培训前的(27.82±9.33)min缩短为(18.82±7.83)min;一次置管成功率由培训前的77.78%升至93.33%;并发症发生率由培训前的17.78%降至4.44%,培训前后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论量化培训可有效提高PICC的护理质量,促进管理规范化。Objective To improve the quality of nursing care during the PICC and minimize the related complications. Methods The nursing department developed a training plan and standardized the PICC procedures, and all 28 members of PICC group were given identical training. Paper tests were given before and after the training. The time of puncture, the one-time success rate, complications, indwelling time were recorded. Results The time for puncture after the training was 18.82±7.83 min, shorter than that before the training [（27.82±9.33） mini; the one-time success rate after the training was 93.33 %, higher than that before the training （77.78 %） ; the complication incidence before the training was 17.78 %, higher than that after the training （4.44%）. There were significant differences in the measures between the results before and after the training （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The quantified tra!ning program can improve the nursing quality during the PICC, and encourage the standardization of the management.
