摘　　要：通过对热轧精整厚板生产线模式飞剪剪切力在线测试,结合理论计算分析了飞剪的剪切能力,同时采用有限元对刀片和刀架强度、变形进行计算分析,指出现有飞剪存在的问题,为下一步改造提供依据。The on-line measurement has been carried out for flying shears in HSM thick plate line. Combined with the academic calculation, the cutting capability of the flying shears was analyzed. Meantime, both the strength and distortion of the knife and knife rest were simulated by using FEM. The problems in current flying shears were indicated. All the results will offer basis for the coming alteration.
