葡萄柚不同品种砧穗愈合进程初步观测

摘　　要：以引进的9个葡萄柚品种为接穗,采用带木质部的“T”形芽接法,分别在夏季和秋季进行3种砧木的嫁接试验,结果表明:嫁接后的第8天为愈伤组织开始产生时间,芽片上部愈合比下部愈合早;9个葡萄柚品种中,4,6,7,8#以本地酸柚为砧木愈合最佳;夏季嫁接的9#品种与3种砧木的愈合均较好,而秋季嫁接的9#品种以枳壳和美国酸橙为砧木的愈合最好;1,2,3,5#与3种砧木的愈合均属一般,但与另两种砧木相比较,本地酸柚是1,2,3#品种较为适宜的砧木.＂T＂ typed bud grafting experiments on 9 introduced Citrus paradise varieties and 3 stock species were respectively conducted in the summer and autumn, and the healing process was observed by checking the callus growth status. The results are as follows：The callus was initially formed on the 8＇h day of grafting, and the healing process for the upper part around the bud occurred earlier than the lower part. Varieties of No. 4 （ Hudson）, No. 6 （Ray Ruby） , No. 7 （Reed Marsh） and No. 8 （Rio Red） matched well with local grapefruit stock. Variety No. 9 （ St Foster ar Ruby） could match well with all the 3 tested stock species if the grafting was carried out in the summer; while it could match better with the other 2 stock species when the grafting was done in the autumn. Varieties of No. 1 （ Flame）, No. 2 （ Genetic Dwarf）, No. 3 （ Henderson Ruby ） and No. 5 （ Perlist ） did not match very well with any of the 3 stock species. Comparatively speaking, the local grapefruit stock was more suitable to varieties of No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 than the other 2 stock species.
