摘　　要：针对注水井套管腐蚀严重的问题,在注水井油套环空某一指定位置使用化学剂形成一个环状黏弹性密封塞,同时筛选适合油田实际情况的防腐剂、杀菌剂,配制相应的套管保护液,以保护油套环空。该技术具有施工简单、隔离性能好、有效期长和可用于套管变形井等特点。通过在江苏油田15口井的现场应用,工艺成功率100%,有效解决了污水回注井油套环空防腐困难的问题,降低了油套环空的腐蚀速度,延长了油、套管使用寿命。Aiming at the serious corrosion of the injection well casing,chemical is used in some certain place of the tubing-casing annulus so as to form an annular viscoelastic seal plug,and at the same time,the fitted aseptic and bactericide are screened and then mixed into the consequent casing protective fluid,which can well protect the tubing-casing annulus.This technology has the advantages of simple operation,well sealing,long duration and multi-usage(in cases of casing deformation wells).Through the field practice of 15 wells in Jiangsu Oilfield,the success rate reached to 100%,which effectively resolves the problems of difficulty of anti-corrosion in the process of wasted water reinjection for tubing-casing space,decreases the corrosion speed of tubing-casing annulus and prolongs the usage of the well casing.
