摘　　要：引入灰色模型预测电信业务的发展趋势。首先通过累加生成算法得出生成数列,并在此基础上建立灰微分方程,接着通过对模型的检验和误差修正,获得合理有效的灰色预测模型,最后采用实际电信业务数据验证灰色预测模型的准确度和可行性。In this paper,grey model is proposed to predict the trend of telecom business.Firstly,accumulated generating operation is applied to acquire series.In this base,grey differential equation is founded.Then,through test and error correction of model,the reasonable grey model for prediction is acquired.Finally,the real data of telecom business is applied to validate the accuracy and feasibility of grey prediction model.
