摘　　要：中医药人才的培养要适应人才观的变革。传统人才观念已不再适应中医药人才的培养,必须在中医药人才培养模式中贯彻科学的人才观,创新教学内容、教学方法、教学评价标准与管理模式,加强人文教育,尤其是加强中国传统文化修养教育,才能既跟得上时代步伐又遵循中医药人才培养规律,培养出有利于中医药事业发展的创新型人才。Training of professionals of Chinese medicine should suit the change of talent nurturing view. The traditional talent nurturing view is no longer suitable for the present training of professionals of Chinese medicine. We should conduct our training with guidance of the scientific talent view. Teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching evaluation criteria and management modes should be reformed. Humanist education especially education of traditional Chinese culture should be reinforced to keep up with the new times and follow the law of training qualified professionals of Chinese medicine so as to nurture creative talents for the cause of Chinese medicine.
