摘  要:目的探讨凝血因子基因多态性与深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的相关性。方法采用PCR-RFLP法对103例DVT患者(观察组)和250例健康人(对照组)进行FⅡ/G20210A、FⅦ/R353Q、F■/Val34LeuFⅦ基因多态性检测,并对基因型频率与等位基因频率作对比分析。结果观察组与对照组FⅡ/G20210A、FⅦ/R353Q、F ■/Val34Leu的基因型频率及等位基因频率差异无统计学意义,三种基因型频率的分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。结论FⅡ/G20210A、FⅦ/R353Q基因多态性可能不是深静脉血栓形成发病的遗传学风险因子;F■/Val34Leu多态性可能不是深静脉血栓形成发病的遗传保护因子。三种基因多态性均存在种族和地域差异。[Objective] To study the correlation between coagulation factors F I/G20210A,FⅦ/R353Q , F /Val34Leu polymorphisms and deep venous thrombosis. [Methods] 103 cases with deep venous thrombosis (patient groups) and 250 healthy subjects (control groups) were recruited in the study. The polymorphisms of F I /G20210A,FⅦ/R353Q and F /Va134Leu were detected by PCR-RFLP. Compared the genotype frequencies and allele frequencies. [Results] There were no significant differences in the genotype frequencies and allele frequencies of F I/G20210A,FⅦ/R353Q and F /Va134Leu polymorphisms between the cases of control'group and control group. The genotype frequency distributions of three polymorphisms were in accordance with Hardy- Weinberg equilibrium. [Conclusions] Maybe the polymorphisms of F Ⅱ/G20210A and F I4[/R353Q are not the genetically risk factors of deep venous thrombosis. The F /Va134Leu polymorphism may be not a protective genetic factor against deep venous thrombosis. The prevalence of gene variants of F I/G20210A,FⅡ/R353Q and FⅦ/Va134Leu might have different ethnic background and geographical distribution.
