摘　　要：探讨资产管理业务中佣金的确定方式,应用委托代理关系中双方博弈的原理,对佣金的形成机制及影响佣金的因素进行分析,在此基础上提出对中国资产管理业务发展的启示和建议。This paper explores the ways to determine the commission in asset management. Based on the principle of game theory in trust-agent relationship, it analyzes the mechanism of commission determination and the factors that affect the commission rate, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of asset management.
