摘  要:为得到稳定性高、浸层性能优良的前处理浸锌合金液,在分析前处理浸锌合金反应机理的基础上,研究了氢氧化钠、络合剂及氧化锌含量对浸锌合金液稳定性及浸层质量的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了浸锌合金膜层及电镀层的形貌,采用能谱分析仪(EDS)分析了浸层合金成分。结果表明,碱含量对浸液稳定性及浸层质量影响均较大,氧化锌含量仅对浸液的稳定性影响较大,络合剂对稳定性及浸层质量影响均较小。For obtaining zinc alloy dipping solution with high stability and good properties, the mechanism of immerse zinc alloy was analyzed, the influence of NaOH, complex agent and ZnO on the stability of the zinc alloy dipping solution and the quantity of immerse layer was investigated. The metallographic of the zinc alloy film and the plate coating were observed by SEM. The zinc alloy film components were analyzed by EDS. The results show that the NaOH content obviously influences the stability of the zinc alloy dipping solution and the quantity of immerse layer, while the ZnO content only influence the stability of the zinc alloy dipping solution. While the influences of complex agent on the stability and the quantity is not remarkable.
