摘 要:以市场调查数据为基础,运用数理统计方法,从整体和单项因素两个层次对旅华外国游客旅游体验质量进行测评,发现游客对旅游地的安全性、东道主友好性评价最高,对东道主行为评价一般,对环境卫生评价较差。游客整体上认为到中国旅行价格便宜,对住宿、餐饮服务评价最高,基本认可旅游交通、娱乐和购物服务,对导游和通讯评价较差。在实地旅游体验的基础上,游客对到中国旅游总体较满意。然而,由于国内环境卫生状况、旅游信息解说系统不完善以及少数人的行为陋习等问题,降低了游客的满意度,影响其后继行为,限制了对国际客源市场的进一步拓展。Based on the data of tourism market investigation in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Xi' an,Kunming and Guilin,this paper analyzes the whole experience process of foreign tourist traveling in China through system ways. Some useful conclusions can be drawn that most foreign tourists are satisfactory to travel in China,and the satisfaction of tourist experience is different with different thing. For example, they satisfy greatly with the security traveling in China, the Chinese hospitality, the hotel service, but they are disgusted with the poor environment condition, and so on. The latter's lower satisfactions of the foreign tourists to travel in China affect their afterwards behaviors, then prevent the development of Chinese international tourist market.
