摘  要:目的明确台州地区产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)肠杆菌科细菌的表型和基因型的流行特征以及医院感染的发生率。方法对87株肠杆菌科细菌采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)规定的标准进行ESBLs表型筛选和确定,并用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和序列分析确定ESBLs的基因型。结果肠杆菌科细菌产ESBLs菌株头胞噻肟的耐药率明显高于头胞他啶;经序列分析后ESBLs基因型别确定为CTX-M-9、CTX-M-1,而CTX-M-2测序结果不理想。结论产ESBLs的肠杆菌科细菌在台州地区较普遍,以CTX-M-9最为常见。Objective To study the phenotypical and genotypical characteristics and infection rate of Enterobacteriaceae producing extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs)in Taizhou region. Methods 87 strains of Enterobacteriaceae from clinical isolates were studied by phenotypical screening and confirmatory test based on the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS) and the genotype of the enzyme was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results Enterobacteriaceae showed higher resistance to cefotaxime than ceftazidime. The genotype of ESBLs isolated was defined as CTX-M-9 and CTX-M-1, while CTX-M-2 had not be defined. Conclusions The strains producing ESBLs were very common in Taizhou and CTX-M-9 β-lactamase was the most prevalent.
