摘  要:为从设计上提高密封继电器的可靠性,对其进行了故障树分析。将接触电阻大、绝缘电阻小等主要失效表现形式作为顶事件,然后找出导致这些失效的故障的组合,最终得到基本故障模式,并给出相应的改进措施。分析结果表明,故障树分析对单独的军用元器件可靠性分析有重要作用。In order to enhance reliability of the sealed relay in design, the fault tree analysis (FFA) on the sealed relay was made, The main failure modes of the sealed relay were regarded as the top events, which include higher contact resistance, lower insulating resistance, etc, . Then the failure groups resulting in these failure were given, finally the fundamental failure modes were obtained and the corresponding corrective actions were provided. The analysis result showed that FFA plays an imporlant role in reliability analysis for sole military elements.
