摘 要:将相同厚度不同碳纳米管含量,以及不同厚度相同碳纳米管含量的多壁碳纳米管加入玻璃纤维增强复合材料中,并研究了其在26.5~40.0GHz频段的吸波性能。结果发现,多壁碳纳米管具有吸波性能,而且吸波性能随着多壁碳纳米管含量的增加而提高。多壁碳纳米管/玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料层板在26.5~40.0GHz频段表现出较好的吸收效果,其吸波性在于碳纳米管本身具有吸波性能,此外还与吸波材料的谐振吸波原理有关。通过对该复合材料的电磁参数的测定并计算,证明实验结果与吸波原理相符合。As a new kind of radar absorbing material, carbon nanotubes show an excellent wave absorbing property in a wide frequence range because of their special structures and electromagnetic properties. Moreover, they have other characteristics such as light weight and good stability, so they are considered to be promising. In this paper, the radar absorbing property was studied for MWCNTs/GF/epoxy composites in millimeter wave (from 26. 5 to 40.0 GHz) with the same thickness and different contents of MWCNTs or different thickness and the same content of MWCNTs. The results show that the radar absorbing property of this kind of composites is improved with increasing the content of MWCNTs. The outstanding radar absorbing property of MWCNTs/GF/epoxy composites is due to not only the radar absorbing property of MWCNTs, but also the resonant absorbing property of composites. The test results calculated with electromagnetic parameters such as relative dielectric parameter and relative magnetic conductive ratio of this kind of composites are in agreement with the absorbing theory.
