摘　　要：介绍了基于.NET平台三层架构的残疾人就业保障金征收管理系统的设计思路,系统实现了残疾人就业保障金征收的动态管理,文章就系统的组件划分、安全规划及用户界面设计进行了详细讨论.This paper introduces the ideas of how to design a disabled person employment security fund collection management system based on. NET, which has three - layer framework. The system realizes dynamic management of disabled person employment security fund. The components division, safety planning and user interface design of this system are discussed in detail in the paper.
