摘　　要：简述了JWB矿用无极绳调速机械绞车运输系统的组成,在多起伏甚至转弯的顺槽巷道中使用情况和其特点、性能及效益分析。系统可替代多部小绞车接力对拉,简化了运输系统和运输环节,结构简单,系统性强。可实现长距离无接力直达运输,牵引重量大,运输效率高。绞车具备软起动性能和运行过程中的变速变矩性能,更能适应起伏巷道的力矩及速度的变换要求。Have sketched poleless rope of JWB mine speed regulation machinery winch usage condition and the person characteristic,function and performance analysis in transporting systematic composition,the smooth slot making turn even in many ups and downs tunnel.Relay has pulled the small winch owing system but replacing many headquarters face to face,has facilitated transportation system and has transported the link,structure simplicity,systematicness strong.May realize long distance nothing relay through transport,dragging weight transporting greatly, is efficient. That winch is had soft speed change in starting a function and running process is changed into the regulation function, can adapt to ups and downs tunnel force moment and the speed alternation request more.
