摘　　要：目的:提高对睾丸表皮样囊肿诊断及鉴别诊断的认识。方法:收集1例睾丸表皮样囊肿病例,观察和分析其临床和病理组织学特点。结果:术后随访1a,无肿瘤复发及转移。结论:睾丸表皮样囊肿是少见的睾丸良性肿瘤,病史、体检及病理检查对本病的诊断有较大意义,主张采用保存患侧睾丸的肿瘤剜除术。Objectives To improve the understanding of diagnosis and differential diagnosis to epidermoid eysts of testis. Methods The pathological features, clinical characteristics of one case with epidermoid eysts of testis were studied and analyz＇ed. Results The patient didnt suffer from local recurrence or peripheral metastases during the following year. Conclusion Epidermoid eysts of testis is a kind of rare benign tumors of the testis. Medical history, physical examination, pathological examination have significance to its diagnosis. Tumor enucleation is recommended for its treatment.
