摘 要:目的:对DRAGONMED-2010全自动血沉仪和手工魏氏法测定血沉,进行方法学评价,及快速血沉仪法在骨科诊断中的应用。方法:随机抽取骨科门诊患者170例,分别应用DRAGONMED-2010自动血沉仪及魏氏法同时检测血沉(ESR)。按魏氏法结果分组,A组0mm/h≤ESR<10mm/h、B组10mm/h≤ESR<20mm/h、C组20mm/h≤ESR<30mm/h、D组30mm/h≤ESR<40mm/h、E组40mm/h≤ESR<50mm/h、F组ESR≥50mm/h,比较这两种方法测定血沉的相关性及结果差异。结果:DRAGONMED-2010全自动测定结果与魏氏法比较,A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、F组t值分别为0.96、1.12、1.63、1.72、1.39、2.57,R值分别为0.687、0.637、0.884、0.823、0.797、0.189;P值分别为>0.05、>0.05、>0.05、>0.05、>0.05、<0.05。A组、B组、C组、D组、E组差异无显著性;F组,差异有显著性。结论:当ESR<50mm/h时,自动血沉仪检测血沉快速、准确、可靠;而ESR≥50mm/h时,必须应用魏氏法复检。Objective Methodological evaluation of DRAGONMED-2010 automatic sed-rate analyzer and Westergren's method, as well as the application of rapid ESR measurement in orthopaedics diagnoses. Methods DRAGONMED-2010 and Westergren's method were used respectively for 170 random samples in orthopaedics diagnoses. The ESR measurement results were grouped in accordance with Westergren's method, A 0 mm/h≤ESR 〈 10 mm/h, B 10 mm/h≤ESR 〈20 mm/h, C 20 mm/h≤ESR 〈30 mm/h, D 30 mm/h≤ESR 〈40 mm/h, E 40 mm/h≤ESR 〈50 mm/h, F ESR≥50 mm/h. Pertinence and difference of the two ESR measurement methods were evaluated. Results The results of DRAGONMED-2010 were compared with Westergren's method and there is no remarkable difference in group A, B, C, D, E. However, the result differences, in Group F, of the two methods are quite considerable. Conclusion Automatic seal-rate analyzer is a reliable, accurate and rapid method in the case of ESR 〈 50 mm/h. Westergren's method should be introduced for countercheck.
