摘　　要：目的:探讨δ-胆红素(Bδ)和δ-胆红素/总胆红素(Bδ/TB)比值对胆汁淤积性黄疸患者的应用价值。方法:应用Olympus2700生化分析仪及夸克公司试剂,监测81例胆汁淤积患者中不同程度黄疸时的变化。结果:胆汁淤积性黄疸时,Bδ与Bd随着TB的升高而升高,Bδ、Bδ/TB升高程度分别超过Bd及Bd/TB,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:胆汁淤积患者血清中Bδ升高,Bδ/TB比值升高显著,Bδ能灵敏地反映血清中结合胆红素浓度的变化,是血清中更能及时、灵敏地反映疾病变化的生化指标。Objective To investigate the relationship of the delta-bilirubin and delta-bilirubin/total bilrubin ratio with the Cholestasis Icterus. Methods Mse Olympus 2700 biochemistry instrument to monitor 81 Cholestasis Icterus patients, analyse bilirubin and other biothemistry markers. Results When the Cholestasis Icterus, delta-bilirubin and Bdincrease following.with the botal bilirubin＇ s increasing. Respectively,its rate of total bilirubin have a obvious decreasing on the contrary, Conclusion The delta-bilirubin/total bilirubin ratio are more ideal and more efficient and more sensitive to reflect the condition of liver＇ s function of the Cholestasis.
