摘　　要：新桂系统治时期,广西灾害频繁。频繁的自然灾害给农村带来了严重的影响,不仅造成人口死亡、农作物减收、财产受损、物价上涨等后果,而且深深影响着农村经济,使得自耕农减少、佃农增多、高利贷剥削盛行、土地日益集中,从而制约了农村的经济建设和现代化。Under the rule of New Guangxi Clique, Guangxi was hit frequently by natural disasters, which resulted seriously in not only victims, less harvest, damage to property, inflation but also the decreasing of dirt-farmers, the increasing of tenant farmers, the prevailing of feneration and exploitation, further concentration of land, This seriously hindered the rural economic construction and modernization.
