摘 要:复合材料机械加工是复合材料制品生产工艺的一个重要环节。通常分为常规和非常规两类方法。常规方法简单、方便,但加工质量不高,易损坏加工件,刀具磨损快,而且难以加工形状复杂的工件。非常规方法虽然复杂些,但其加工质量高,刀具磨损小,能加工复杂形状的工件,容易监控,因此经济效益高。文中简要介绍这两类方法的特点和加工时应注意的事项。Machining of composites^ is a key link in the production chain of composites, which is divided into traditional machining methods and non-traditional machining methods. The former is simple and conventient, but can limit the application if these methods for generating complicated shapes and features and can cause severe damage to the component. The excessive tool wear and poor guality of machined components that are associated with most conventional machining methods. The advantage of latter is fourfold:the small tool wear, easy to monitor, complicated shapes and features and the cost effective. In this paper, the characteristics and generalized machining hints of these machining methods of composites are briefly described.
