摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会是党中央提出的重大课题,是一项涉及经济、政治、文化、社会等各个领域的系统工程。将经济利益关系与人民内部矛盾问题放在构建和谐社会的大背景下进行研究,提出通过协调经济利益关系,化解人民内部矛盾,为构建社会主义和谐社会提供理论和实践支持。Constructing the harmonious socialism society is an important issue brought forward by the Central Committee of the Party, which is a system involving the economy, politics, the culture, the society and so on. In order to provide the theory and the practice support to constructing the harmonious socialism society, the paper attempts to study the economic relations and the contradictions among the people under the background of structuring harmonious society and puts forward that the contradictions among the people can be interceded through the coordination economic relations.
