摘　　要：以哈工大园丁小区的设计为例,对高校教师居住小区的设计特点进行探讨;借鉴类型分析的整体化设计方法,以城市、建筑、环境、细部为设计出发点,寻找设计原型与变换方法,分析居住者的生活与心理需求,为建筑师提供设计参考。It is discussed in the design of the Yuanding residential community project how to form the character of the professors＇ apartments. Building typology classification is introduced in the article to search for the prototypes and their alternations according to the city, environment and architectural detail, in addition, the occupants＇ physical and psychological requirements are also analyzed in the design. It is a valuable reference to other architects.
