摘 要:泡沫钻进是一种新的钻进技术,特别适合于低渗、低承压水头矿床地浸采铀工艺钻孔的施工。泡沫钻井液密度最低可达0.03g/cm3,钻进时钻井液液柱压力小于地层压力,可实现负压钻进,泡沫钻进携屑能力强、滤失量小、钻井效率高,在含矿含水层中不致发生地层损害,堵塞矿层。泡沫洗井效果好、效率高、成本低,可增加钻孔涌水量。在地浸钻孔施工中应推广泡沫钻进和泡沫洗井方法,最大限度地恢复和保护矿层的渗透性能,提高钻孔的抽注液能力。Foam drilling is a new method of drilling,which is especially useful for drill well in low -permeable and low - confined aquifer for in - site uranium leaching. During drilling well, the lowest density of the foam drilling fluid is 0.03 g/cm^3 and the pressure of drilling fluid column is lower than the pressure of stratum, thus realizing negative drilling. Foam drilling has high cuttings - carry capacity,little lost of sieve quantity and higher drilling efficiency. Therefore, there is no the damage to formation and the block - up of ore layer in ore - bearing aquifer. Foam washing has high cleaning efficiency and low cost ,and is possible to increase the gush water quantity in a drilling well. By extensive application of foam drilling and wanshing in the construction of drilling well for in -site uranium leaching,the peameability of ore layer can be recovered and protected maximally, and the drawing and injecting of water improved.
