摘  要:回顾了我国各个时期电网的发展情况,通过分析北美、西欧和我国典型的电网事故,总结了大电网建设与发展时期电网事故的特点,指出大区联网不宜形成交流大环,无功功率需实现分网分区平衡,电网调度管理需与电网安全运行要求相适应,电网安全措施需与电网发展相适应,并建议开发电网自动安全系统,以减轻大电网大面积停电事故造成的危害。Power system development in various stages in China are reviewed and it is emphasized that power security measures should be advanced in step with its expansion. By means of analyzing typical blackouts and power network failures Occurred in North America, West Europe and China, the features of power system failuresduring the period of construction and development of large-scale power grid are summarized. The author points out that the parallel operation of power networks in different voltage grades is not suitable while the large area power networks are interconnected; reactive power should be balanced in local power network; power system dispatching and management should be in accordance with the requirement of power system secure operation; and it is suggested to develop power network automatic security system to mitigate the damage caused by massive power blackouts.
