和谐社会建设视角下的农民工市民化

摘　　要：我国的乡城劳动力迁移呈现特殊的二阶段“中国路径”,导致发展经济学的命题和经典理论无法对此做出充分解释,特殊的乡城劳动力迁移现状使我们必须重视农民工的市民化。本文提出了农民工市民化进程的度量方法,并利用2005年3月进行的武汉市进城农民工情况调查对此进行了实证,最后根据分析结果提出了加快农民工市民化进程以促进和谐社会建设的建议。China＇s R-U migration has a special two--stage ＂China route＂ that could not be explained fully by classical theories of development economics, leading to our special attention to peasant workers＇ citizenization. On the basis of a fully explanation of peasant workers＇ citizenization, a measure for measurement of peasant workers＇ citizenization is advanced, and data from an investigation conducted on peasant workers of Wuhan in March 2005 are also used to make an empirical study. Finally, based on the result, some proposals on speeding up peasant workers＇ citizenization for promoting the building of a harmonious society are made.
