摘　　要：介绍了一种新型超低湿度压缩空气湿度测量仪。具体介绍了系统构成及软硬件原理，整个测量仪以8031单片机为核心，采用新型湿度传感器，且增设了温度通道，使测量仪成为集湿温度的测量、显示及湿度告警于一体的多功能测控系统。A new type of intelligent instrument for the detection of super low humidity of compressed air is introduced. The details of the instrument structure and design principles for software and hardware are presented. A new hygrometer sensor is used for instrument, which centres around a 8031microcontroller and adds a temperature sensor, thus this instrument becomes a system with complete functoin involving measurement. display and humidity warning.
