摘　　要：RS-422/485只对接口的电气特性作了规定,没有规定接插件、传输电缆和通讯协议,因此,在实际工程和应用中,用户根据实际情况自行设计,给实际应用带来了许多问题。从物理层、传输层和应用层角度提出了设计和应用的要求,提出了构造串行异步通讯接口的方法,从而规范了RS422/485的设计。RS-422/485 only prescribes the characteristics of the electricity at interface and doesn＇t prescribe the connector, the transmission cable and the communication protocol. So in the practice the users will design by themselves according to the actual situation and bring about many problems as a result. From the perspectives ofphysics, transmission and application the requirement ofdesign and application and the methods of constructing serial asynchronous communication interface are put forward and consequently the design of RS422/485 is normalized.
