摘　　要：针对当前客户端应用模式的不足,结合石油工程造价管理系统的开发,介绍了智能客户端技术及特点,提出了面向服务的Excel智能客户端的解决方案,并以.NET框架为基础设计并实现了在线和离线应用模型。讨论了Web服务的实现、Of-fice内置的XML本地支持、Excel中的VBA编程机制、VBA代理类与Web服务间的通信等系统构建过程中的关键技术,并在此基础之上详细论述了数据处理、数据传输等重要事项。该方案较好地满足了操作简便、界面丰富、离线访问等实际需求。The deficiencies of current client application pattern are discussed. Through the example of the petroleum engineering make price system＇s development, smart client and its advantages are introduced. An Excel smart client solution is recommended, the online and offiine model are designed and implemented on the basis of .NET framework. Some key technologies to be paid attention to in the implementation of system, such as web services＇ development, Office embedded XML local support, VBA programming mechanism in Excel, the communication between VBA proxy class and web services component, are discussed. At the same time, some important proceedings, such as data access, data transmission are explained in detail. The actual needs such as simple operation, rich user interface and offline access are fulfilled.
