摘  要:目的研究莪术醇修饰构建的肿瘤细胞疫苗对人胃腺癌细胞(SGC-7901)等的抗瘤作用。方法用莪术醇及新城鸡瘟病毒对SGC-7901细胞进行系列生物修饰,所构建的瘤苗分别对小鼠免疫接种3次后,接种SGC-7901胃肿瘤细胞,观察各组治疗及免疫效应。结果莪术醇构建的SGC-7901瘤苗能显著抑制皮下肿瘤结节形成,明显阻止胃癌细胞的肺转移,延长荷瘤鼠的生存时间。各组免疫效应淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞(LAK细胞)较同龄未免疫小鼠的LAK细胞对小鼠前胃癌细胞具有更强的抗瘤作用。结论莪术醇修饰构建的SGC-7901新型疫苗可以增强胃肿瘤细胞的免疫原性,对胃癌有较好的实验治疗效果。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of tumor cell vaccine modified and constructed by curcumol on SGC-7901 cells. Methods SGC-7901 cells were modified by curcumol and Newcastle disease virus. The mice were vaccinated with tumor vaccine three times, then SGC-7901 cells. The therapeutic and immunological effect was observed. Results SGC-7901 cells constructed by curcumol could inhibit the formation of subcutaneous tumor nodule, interrupt pulmonary metastasis and extend the live time of mice bearing cancer. Immunizing lympholine-activated killer cells had better anticancer function than nonimmune ones. Conclusion SGC-7901 cells modified and constructed by curcumol can enhance immunogenicity of gastric tumor cells and experimentally cure gastric cancer.
