摘　　要：从企业资源学和系统论的角度,来分析研究企业管理。首先把企业看作一个整体系统,企业的基本资源是这个系统的要素。通过分析要素之间、要素与系统之间的关系,建立一个企业的数学模型,然后运用数学思想来探讨企业管理,这一研究具有一定的现实意义。In views of enterprise resources and system theory, enterprise management is studied and analyzed. Firstly, an enterprise should be seen as a whole system, and the basic resources of the enterprise are the factors of the system. The relationships between factors, and relationships between factors and the system are analyzed to establish a mathematic model for the enterprise. The mathematics thoughts are adopted for the discussion of enterprises management, thus this study is of some practical value.
