摘　　要：综述遵医行为的概念、国内外护理学者评价遵医行为的方法和内容、遵医行为与患者术后并发症关系的研究现状,以及影响遵医行为的因素,包括年龄、文化程度、经济状况、医护人员等;同时阐述了健康宣教、健全患者社会支持系统、重视患者参与等护理措施,可提高患者的遵医行为。This article summarizes the concept,evaluation methods and contents,and influencing factors of patients＇ compliance,including patients＇ age, education, income and medical staff. Then, some countermeasures were proposed to improve patients＇ compliance, such as strengthening health education, enhancing social support and encouraging patients＇ participation.
