实施过程监控提高压疮上报率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院压疮的有效管理方法。方法建立管理流程，从病人入院到出院实施全过程监控，确定重点环节，由各级护理管理人员负责严密监控。结果2004年11月～2005年11月科室主动上报压疮81例（其中院外带人47例），压疮高发科室依次为骨科、内科、ICU、急诊、外科。31例出院时好转，5例愈合。结论通过过程监控，进一步规范了压疮管理流程。objective To explore the effective management means of pressure ulcer in an university general hospital. Method A management workflow for pressure ulcer was established. Focused on the key points, all the high risk patients of pressure ulcer were monitored by various levels of nursing administrators from hospitalization to discharge. Result As a result,S1 cases of pressure ulcer （ in which ,47 cases of pressure ulcer occurred before hospitalization） were reported by clinical departments from Nov 2004 to Nov 2005. The high risk departments were orthopaedic department, department of internal medicine,intensive care unit,emergency department and surgical department. 31 cases were improved and 5 cases healed before discharge. Conclusion The process supervision of pressure ulcer standardized the management workflow of management of pressure ulcer.
