摘 要:本文讨论了射频-中频取样下变频器的原理,给出了选取重要的取样频率的方法。取样频率的选择以及位数与射频的调制带宽无关,仅仅取决于中频的频谱分辨率,在此理论基础上,设计了一种新的电路。在这个电路中,利用阶跃恢复二极管以及共面波导终端短路结构来产生脉冲序列;利用共面波导以及槽线的过渡结构来产生2列相位相反的脉冲序列,给出了这种结构的S参数。在这个电路中,利用梁式肖特基二极管来构建单平衡混频器。仿真以及实验结果证实了该电路的有效性。In this paper, the operating principle of RF-IF sampling frequency down-converter is discussed. The method of choosing the important sampling frequency is provided. It can be seen that the sampling frequency and its number of significant digits are not related to the modulation bandwidth of the radio frequency (RF) and are only determined by the spectrum resolution power of the intermediate frequency (IF). Based on this theory, a new circuit is designed. In the circuit, the step recovery diode (SRD) and the coplanar waveguide (CPW) short end are utilized to generate the pulse series ; the transition structure of the CPW and the slot line is used to develop the two opposite pulse series ; and the S-parameters of the structure are given. The Schottky diodes are used in the circuit to construct the single-balanced mixer. Simulation and experiment results are presented to show the validity of the circuit.
