摘  要:本文介绍了一种消除超声波拖尾的方法,从超声波的波动原理和压电陶瓷的振动机理入手,推导出压电陶瓷的振动方程,分析了产生拖尾的原因和影响超声波拖尾周期、幅值和持续时间的各因素,利用波的叠加原理提出一种叠加消除法来消除超声波拖尾,计算机软件模拟达到了完全消除拖尾的理想效果。实验中,叠加消除法使超声波拖尾的幅值衰减率达到90%,对近距离测量不造成影响,达到了消除拖尾影响的目的。理论和实践证明,叠加消除超声波拖尾方法简单易行、效果显著,具有很高的实用价值。This article introduces a new method of eliminating ultrasonic tailing. Based on the principle of wave motion and piezoelectric ceramic vibration, the vibration equation of piezoelectric ceramic is obtained. At the same time, the cause that leads to ultrasonic tailing is analyzed and the parameters in the vibration equation that influence the period, amplitude, and duration of the ultrasonic tailing are also discussed. Utilizing the wave superposition principle, a new method of eliminating ultrasonic tailing is put forward in this article, which is called superposition elimination method. Computer simulation resulted in an ideal effect that the tailing is eliminated completely. Experimental device was made and experiments were carried out. The results show that with this method the amplitude reduction ratio of the ultrasonic tailing reaches 90% , which does not influence short distance measurement. Theoretical analysis and experiments prove that the proposed method is easy, useful and effective, and has a high practical value.
