摘 要:为寻求无创性检查方法以预测风湿性二尖瓣疾病肺小血管病理变化程度,在国内首次采用图像分析系统,对23例风湿性二尖瓣疾病病人肺小血管病理进行定量分析;并将肺小血管厚度与半径比(WT/R)与二尖瓣病变性质和狭窄程度以及病程(年)进行直线相关分析。结果表明,肺小血管WT/R与二尖瓣病变性质、狭窄程度以及病程均明显相关,均可反映肺小血管病变程度。The purpose is to explore the relationship between the quantitative changes of the small pulmonary vessels and the severity of the mitral valve lesions in rheumatic cardiac patients.In 23 patients with rheumatic mitral valve disease,the small pulmonary vascular changes were quantitatively estimated by use of image analysis system.Correlation analyses between the ratio of the wall thickness to radius (WT/R) of the small pulmonary vessels and other clinical data were performed.As a result,the pulmonary WT/R was significantly correlated with the type and severity of mitral valve lesions and duration of symptoms.
