摘　　要：远程急救系统中,一组包含有个人信息、当前所在地理位置以及其他重要参数组成的数据包无疑是争取救援时间最重要的因素。在分析与比较常用的几种定位方式后,针对CDMA20001X所独有的GPSONE定位技术,提出了一种基于该网络的具有定位功能的报警急救方案,详细介绍了软硬件实现方法及其可行性论证。Data package, including personal information and current position, is crucial factor to strive for succor time in long-distance first aid system. An design based on CDMA2000 1X network was advanced for long-distance first aid after describing several kinds of positioning technologies. This design has the feature of GpsOne position technology, a hybrid position location technology that combines measurements form GPS and forward and reverse links of a CDMA system. The paper detailed the software and hardware design at last, the feasibility of the design was also discussed.
