摘 要:厂房内大面积地面堆载作用下,柱下基础会产生附加不均匀沉降,柱子发生倾斜,从而在厂房结构上产生附加内力甚至危及结构安全。为确保结构安全,结合工程实例分析了大面积地面堆载对厂房结构的影响,介绍了该类厂房结构安全性的检测内容和评估方法。指出改变既有厂房用途时应估计大面积地面堆载对房屋结构的影响,对使用中该类房屋的性能评估时需通过最终沉降量计算判断地基沉降是否已趋于稳定,结构分析时应考虑不均匀沉降和基础转角的影响。Under indoor large - area ground loading, additional uneven settlements may be induced, which will cause columns to incline in industrial buildings. Finally, large additional internal forces may be applied in the structure and the safety of the structure will be endangered. The influence of large-area ground loading on the industrial building structure is analyzed by a detailed example, and inspection contents and the assessment method for that industrial building structure are introduced. The adverse influence of large-area ground loading should be estimated before the function of existing industrial buildings is changed. In order to determine whether the settlements tend to be stable, it is strongly suggested to compare the calculated and inspected value of the settlements of the building in use due to large-area ground loading in the performance assessment. Most important of all, the influence of additional uneven settlements of footings of the building should be taken into account.
