摘　　要：介绍了我国高职院校图书馆参考馆员制度的发展现状,分析了高校学科参考馆员与高职院校参考馆员的不同,提出了建立健全高职院校图书馆参考馆员制度的具体措施。This paper introduces the current developing situation of the reference librarian system in China＇s higher vocational college libraries, analyzes on the differences between the university subject librarian and the higher vocational college reference librarian, and advance some concrete measures for establishing and perfecting the reference librarian system of higher vocational college library.
