摘　　要：基于模糊规则推理,给出了地区协调发展状况整体水平的模糊评价系统,包括语言变量以及隶属度函数、模糊规则库与模糊推理、解模糊器等内容。该系统考虑了评价中存在的大量不确定信息,并把专家经验进行量化,得出了地区协调发展状况水平,并用算例说明了该系统的应用。By using fuzzy rule inference, this paper establishes an evaluation system ot the regional coordinative development including the linguistic variable ,the membership function, the fuzzy rule base, the fuzzy inference and the de-fuzzifier and so on, and considering a lot of indeterminate information existing in the evaluation and making the quantization of experts＇ experiences, obtains the level of the regional coordinative development, and illustrates the application of this system with some calculating examples.
