摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)加支架(Stent)术后患者不舒适的护理方法及效果。方法:对228例经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术加支架术后患者进行加强护理,观察患者精神紧张、腰部疼痛、伤口压迫痛、排尿困难、头晕、恶心呕吐等不舒适的减轻程度。结果:经过加强护理后患者感觉不舒适明显减轻。结论:加强护理能显著减轻经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术加支架术后患者的不舒适。Objective To investigate the nursing way and the efficacy of the way to the uncomfortableness of fhe patients who proceed the percutaneous coronary angioplasty （PTCA） and the stenting. Methods Intense careing was taken to 228 patients who underwent the operation of PTCA and the stenting, and the improving of the uncomfortableness just like nervousness, painfulness of the waist, pressing pain, dysuria, dizziness, nausea et alwere recorded. Results After the intense nursing, the uncomfortableness of the patients relieved Obviously. Conclusion Intense nuring can relieve the nucomfortableness of the patients who undergo the PTCA. and the stenting significantly.
